Company Overview

Specialty Allocations is committed to offering quality Certified Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Analysis, Medicare Set-Aside Allocations, Medical Legal File Reviews, Preliminary Medicare Set-Aside, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Medical Billing Utilization Audit Review to the insurance industry, attorney groups, and self-funded employers.

ALL our new referrals are completed by our employed highly educated nursing staff, we do not send our referrals out to another entity. We complete our cases within a 10-14 day time frame and all Medicare Set aside reports will include a rated age at no additional cost to the client. We send out customized monthly reports to all our referral sources. Communication is key to ensuring an accurate proposal, so, we will definitely communicate as to whether we have all required documentation at the time of referral.

Michele’s healthcare industry career began in Orlando, Florida over 18 years ago with a focus on business management and marketing. With over 10 years of experience negotiating and contracting directly with employers, insurance companies, and self-funded entities, Michele has established a reputation for loyalty, integrity and stellar service with all of her valued clients.

Michele’s diverse business management background has resulted in a firm commitment to providing high-quality products and services through a streamlined process, making the ease of doing business a primary goal.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida. She recently received her Health Care Risk Management license through the University of Florida. She is a member of several professional organizations which include, RIMS, PRIMA, and SHRM.

Marilyn has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in areas including operating room, home health care, long-term care, medical-surgical, rehabilitation, workers compensation case management, Life Care Planning, Vocational Rehab Services, and Medicare Set Aside arrangements. She holds certifications as a Nurse Life Care Planner, Disability Management professional and as a Certified Medicare Set Aside allocator (MSCC). She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners and the National Association of Rehabilitation Counselors (NRCA.)

Marilyn is a Registered Nurse holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree as well as a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a licensed provider for the State of Florida Division of Workers Compensation.
