We have an established track record in the medical review business that encompasses over seventy-five (75) years of combined success. We are extremely proud of our longevity and our ability to deliver the ultimate in licensed and medical review services for the Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and Personal Injury sectors.
We provide our clients with future medical solutions now. Our qualified staff consists of Registered Nurses, Medicare Set Aside Specialists, Life Care Planners, and Senior Care Consultants. Our staff is knowledgeable and pays close attention to medical case details. All employees are employed directly with Specialty Allocations. Our focus is on offering the very best for our clients. We are committed to providing our clients with superb customer service. Our staff is here to help and makes themselves accessible. Clients can speak directly to the nurse preparing their report.

Specialty Allocations is continuously motivated to effectively be the liaison, bridging the gap of knowledge and expertise, between entities we serve and the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services. We are driven to educate, all parties involved, while protecting the future medical care for the injured, as well as, maintain the interest of Medicare. Our thorough and accurate reports, constant communication, and consistency are the infrastructure of our company. Our Founding Members
Michele Earney, BS, LNHA
Vice President of Operations/Co-Owner
Michele Earney has over 26 years experience in the healthcare sector. Michele has worked in all aspects of healthcare including diagnostics, rehabilitation, cost containment, and managed care services. Michele is an active member in the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and the Risk Management Society (RIMS) here in Orlando. Michele has presented continuing educational credits to both attorneys and adjusters over her career with Specialty Allocations. She is a strong advocate for customer service and loyalty to her customers and employees.
Michele graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration and a minor in computer science. In 2016, Michele became licensed as a sub-acute skilled nursing administrator under the State of Florida which helped launch her own private duty home health company in Orlando. This agency is called Always Dignified Home Care License # 299994721
Michele enjoys working in her garden, hiking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family!
Marilyn Litwin, RN, BSN, MS, CDMS, CNLCP
Senior Director Rehabilitation Consulting/Co-Founder
Marilyn has been in the healthcare industry for over 35+ years holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing as well as a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Her background has been diverse with experience including the operating room, home health care, rehabilitative nursing, and long term care, which progressed into Workers Compensation nurse case management, Field Case Management, Rehabilitation Counseling, certification as a Nurse Life Care Planner, certification as a Disability Management Specialist, pursuing her interest as a Medicare Set Aside Certified Consultant. She has been privileged to be co-owner of Specialty Allocations since 2004.
